For the past 31 years, Albany Center Gallery has been a primary showcase
for the Capital Region's arts community. Now, after over 250 plus exhibitions
(featuring the works of over 1,000 talented artists), the Gallery has entered
an exciting new phase in its development.
Your support of the Gallery is vital to its existence and is always appreciated,
whether you are an artist, a collector or art lover, or are simply interested
in contributing to the quality of life of the community in which you live
and work. Your support allows Albany Center Gallery to continue to provide
visual artists living within a 100-mile radius of Albany a platform to share
their artistic vision with the community.
With all of the new and exciting changes that have occurred recently, the
Gallery has attracted more visitors to our location, built new and lasting
relationships with artists and forged new partnerships with other local
and regional arts and cultural organizations. Additionally, the Gallery
has plans to expand its programming and outreach efforts in order to position
itself not only as a continuing viable gallery space, but also as a contemporary
arts center where the community will experience a bounty of artistic expressions
in many forms, including increased educational programs. However, to do
so, we will continue to need your financial support.
With your support, Albany Center Gallery's presence will continue to grow,
and we will be positioned to maintain, and expand, our role in the Capital
Region’s arts community for generations to come. Therefore, we urge
you to consider becoming a member of the Gallery, or renew your membership
when it becomes due this year.
